Italian m91 bayonets...from the right...later leather scabbarded m91 with steel blackened reinforcement. Second from right is a leather scabbard with brass reinforcement. Third from the right is the less seen "fluted scabbard". It is also a TS bayonet that side mounts onto TS carbines that have the bayonet lug to accept these variations. Notice the release botton at the end of the pommel. There is a smooth steel scabbard which is very rare. It was reportedly made only in the late 20's. |

Two TS bayonets side by side.. Notice the left hand bayonet has a pin through the pommel. Reinforcement of some sort? These TS bayonets were supposedly made side mounted to preclude their being yanked off a rifle during bayonet combat. |
